Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all accessories, manuals, or other items that came with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to replace the item when applicable.
